At 75, I’m extremely healthy, energetic and strong. And I haven’t been sick in bed in over thirty years.
Ever since I changed my lifestyle about thirty years ago, I don’t know what it is to have a headache, stomach ache, back pain, insomnia or any of the other common maladies most people suffer from. I can’t even remember the last time I had a cold.
I believe the reason I haven’t been sick in bed in thirty years is because of my fitness lifestyle. I workout every day: I train with weights and walk. I meditate and challenge my negative emotions.
I eat organic, home cooked food, and take supplements.
Meditation is an important time of my day. It centers me, keeps me focused and helps with my concentration.
I love being my age. I look forward to greater strength, peace, happiness and joy.
